  • Clinical Systems Support Analyst L2

    Clinical Systems Support Analyst L2

    JOB DESCRIPTION, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Functional Administration and support of Picture and Archive Communication System (PACS), Voice Recognition System, Radiology Information System (RIS) software’s and other mission critical clinical systems.
    • Provide reliable support to end users, Level 1 Support Analysts and Unified Radiology Platform clients by acting as Level 2 and 3 support of Clinical Systems and customized workflows for Canopy Partners IT/Clinical customers.
    • Provide clinical expertise to the client systems support team in interpreting issues from customers and resolutions provided by vendors.
    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's ISSUES; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    • Act as liaison between Service team and Clinical Systems Administrators.
    • Act as primary technical contact for assigned Unified Radiology Platform clients.
    • Work as liaison between client IT departments and clinical application vendors.
    • Interface with PACS, modality, Advanced Visualization and other solutions vendors to implement solutions and troubleshoot clinical application issues in a timely manner.
    • Ensure client service level agreements are met.
    • Ensure service desk tickets are kept up to date and vendor updates are relayed to clients according to service level agreements.
    • Develop and offer on-going training to Clinical Systems Support Specialists (Service Desk staff) according to issue escalation statistics
    • Train client IT staff on unified radiology systems on an on-going basis empowering client systems team(s) with the knowledge and tools they need to use systems to their fullest extent.
    • Assist the Clinical Systems Administrators with exam code translations and assignments through clinical systems environment.
    • Provide weekly/monthly URP client reports to client and management.
    • Provide reliable support to end users and customers by contributing to the role of after-hours on-call support.
    • Maintain regulatory compliance by staying abreast of current trends and regulations in the IT and healthcare industries.
    • Promote a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and enhances productivity.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

    (Education, Training Required) Job duties require a Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expert computer and clinical systems proficiency is required in this role. At least five years working in a clinical systems support/administrator role in healthcare IT is preferred.

    Clinical Systems Admin L1

    • Supervisor: IT Clinical Operations Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Become highly proficient in the configuration, implementation, testing and support of the worklist product(s), PACS, VNA and/or VR systems used by Canopy Partner customers. This includes the installation/maintenance on read stations, configuration, testing, support and user training.
    • Become highly proficient in configuring and supporting additional Clinical IT products such as Advanced Visualization, AI platforms, Natural Language Processing platforms, Analytics, or other platforms utilized in imaging workflow.
    • Support clinical IT systems by providing customers with working knowledge of Canopy supported products, including hardware configuration, installation, maintenance and 2nd level product support.
    • Train appropriate users on clinical systems usage including radiologists, technologists, front desk personnel, and others as needed.
    • Interface with PACS, modality, advanced visualization and other solution vendors to implement solutions and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
    • Work with other members of the Clinical Systems Team to install and configure unique imaging solutions with above technologies as assigned.
    • Maintain exam code translations and assignments through clinical systems environment.
    • Assist with read station and diagnostic monitor support by providing testing, configuration, installation, and maintenance as needed.
    • Contribute to liaison with Canopy Partners customers by providing onsite/offsite system support.
    • Maintain regulatory compliance by staying abreast of current trends and regulations in the IT and healthcare industries.
    • Promote a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and enhances productivity.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

    (Education, Training Required) Job duties require an Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Clinical Workflow and IT Workflow experience in the Imaging arena is required. Expert computer proficiency is required in this role.

  • Practice Director

    Supervisors: COO-Physician Operations

    JOB DESCRIPTION, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Administrative and project support for GR physician leadership, Regional VP of Operations and COO of Physician Operations
    • Attend and provide administrative support for key GR Committees and partner meetings by documenting minutes and publishing minutes in a timely manner.
    • Facilitate company growth by assisting with implementation of new professional read contracts for GR (workflow, communication, other operational details)
    • Ensure compliance and further communication in the organization by conducting and attending various management meetings.
    • Provide regular communication to GR internal audiences and external clients as requested. This includes management of the practice’s monthly newsletter.
    • Oversight of the practice’s website and marketing efforts related to maintenance and growth of reading contracts.
    • Assist in developing, maintaining and updating GR policies and procedures
    • Management of physician scheduling team
    • Account management of assigned GR reading contracts
    • Liaison to Radiology Partners corporate compliance personnel
    • Work with analyst on reporting to GR physicians and RP, includes participation in GI business development activities.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

    (Education, Training Required) Job duties require a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or five years of management experience. Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products is also preferred in this position.
