Canopy Partners Hosts Sixth Annual Imaging Summit

 For Radiology Executives

GREENSBORO, N.C. - November 07, 2018

Canopy Partners, a North Carolina based healthcare technology company, hosted its sixth annual Imaging Summit on October 17th and 18th, 2019 at The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Raleigh, North Carolina. The theme for the 2019 Canopy Summit was Tipping Point. Radiology and Imaging executives from across the country were invited to this one-of-a-kind industry event focused on maintaining a competitive edge in radiology.

This event, designed specifically for senior executives and physician practice leaders, was attended by 155 imaging executives representing 85 imaging businesses from 28 states and four countries. More than 25% of the Top 80 independent U.S. radiology practices (according to 2019 Radiology Business Journal rankings: http://www.radiologybusiness.com) were represented, including seven of the Top 10.

Catawba Radiology Engages Canopy Partners to Transform Reading Environment

The Value of Getting an Objective, Independent Look at Your Practice from a Trusted Third Party

 

Catawba Radiology of Hickory, North Carolina has engaged Canopy Partners as consultants to help transform their practice’s clinical reading environment. The two companies have a long-standing relationship.

For this project, Catawba Radiology retained Canopy Partners to perform an objective, independent assessment of their practice’s IT and revenue cycle operations. The goal was to help their group develop a roadmap for future investments and provide recommendations to improve their business and competitiveness. The assessment provided insight into current gaps and deficient processes. Tiffany Mullis-Brittain, Executive Director, knew that the first step was understanding the universe of options and the costs associated with each.

Canopy Partners Announces National Launch of Radiology Concierge Service Desk

An Outsourced Call Center Service That Improves Radiologist Efficiency & Productivity.

In response to strong client demand, Canopy Partners has recently launched an outsourced call center for supporting radiologists in the many communication and administrative tasks that impact their workflow. The program, called the Radiology Concierge Desk, is extremely effective at improving service for referring physicians and other healthcare personnel by ensuring they can get to the right radiologist to answer their question. It also improves efficiency of radiologists by reducing interruptions so that radiologists can focus more of their time on reading exams and providing accurate interpretations.

Canopy Partners, a North Carolina-based healthcare technology company, just released an innovative software solution called Canopy CARE, an end-to-end automated referral management platform for radiology and imaging providers.

Canopy CARE – Clinical Automated Referral Engine - streamlines the imaging patient experience while reducing claims denials and accelerating cash collections. With Canopy CARE, administrative burdens are reduced because it automates much of the manual workflow associated with eligibility checking, payment estimation, and even prior-authorization.
